Real pastry, built on time.

Twenty-four hours of slow fermentation — the same patience that goes into our bread. Just butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, rolled into soft, fragrant layers with a gentle sourdough tang.

Finished with a vanilla frosting that stays soft and ships without refrigeration. A caramelised crust outside, pillowy layers inside. Real pastry, built on time — not on the word “artisan.”

Why these rolls.

No shortcuts, no palm oil, no glaze flood. Slow fermentation, real butter and a from-scratch vanilla frosting — pastry the way it should be.

01Slow-fermented dough, the same patience as our bread

24-hour ferment

A full day of slow fermentation, the same patience as our bread. That is where the flavour and the soft, tender layers come from.

02Cinnamon rolls on parchment

Vanilla frosting

Made from scratch and shelf-stable, so it ships without refrigeration. Sweet and balanced, never a tooth-aching flood of glaze.

03A cinnamon roll pulled apart to show soft layers

Soft, pull-apart layers

A caramelised crust on the outside, pillowy layers within. Warm one for a few seconds and it pulls apart in ribbons.

04Real butter, flour and honest ingredients

No palm oil, no shortcuts

No palm oil, no emulsifiers, no preservatives. Real pastry, built on time, baked fresh and hand-delivered.

Real treats, real joy.

From the lunchbox surprise to the late-night kitchen, this is where they end up.

Best enjoyed like this.

Warm them, share them, savour them. The little rituals that make a set of four disappear.

Not all cinnamon rolls are worth it.

Most mall and supermarket rolls are palm oil, glaze and shortcuts. Here is what actually separates the two.

The mall-counter roll

  • Palm oil and margarine instead of real butter
  • A flood of sugary glaze to hide a dry crumb
  • Artificial vanilla and flavour enhancers
  • Preservatives so they survive months on a shelf
  • Cloyingly sweet, with no real depth
  • Mass-baked, identical, forgettable

Our rolls

  • Real butter, cinnamon and brown sugar
  • 24-hour sourdough ferment for real depth
  • A short list you can read out loud
  • Vanilla frosting made from scratch, shelf-stable
  • Baked in small batches, never mass-produced
  • Tangy, balanced, never a sugar bomb

People can't stop talking.
