Welcome to Lagomberry. By placing an order with us or subscribing to our SMS notifications, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Lagomberry
Lagomberry is an artisan bakery specializing in naturally fermented sourdough breads, baked in small batches.
2. Orders and pickup
- Orders must be placed by the cutoff date specified for each bake week
- Payment is required at the time of ordering
- Orders are baked fresh and made for pickup or delivery on the scheduled day
- Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if there is an issue with your order
3. SMS messaging program
Program name: Lagomberry Order Notifications. We send SMS notifications to customers who have opted in. Messages include order confirmations, ready-for-pickup notifications, out-for-delivery alerts, pickup reminders, and weekly baking schedule updates (for opted-in customers).
Message frequency: up to 5 messages per order related to that order's status. If you opt in to weekly schedule updates, you will receive 1 additional message per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Lagomberry does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard rates depending on your plan.
How to opt in: provide your phone number when placing an order and agree to receive notifications, or text JOIN or START to our Lagomberry SMS number.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages at any time. You will receive a confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the email below. SMS notifications are supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS-related personal data, including your phone number and opt-in status, is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Limitation of liability
Lagomberry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, ordering system, or SMS program, except as required by law.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
