By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lagomberry related to your orders. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS-related data, including phone numbers and consent status, is used exclusively for the purposes stated in this policy.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information only with:
- Twilio — our SMS messaging provider, used to deliver text notifications
- Stripe — our payment processor, when you pay online
- Delivery partners — only the address and contact info needed to deliver your order
- Legal authorities — if required by law
5. Social media publishing
We use our own publishing tool, connected through TikTok's official Content Posting API, to post our bakery's videos to our own TikTok account. Through this connection we access only basic information about our own account (display name and account ID) and the permission to upload and publish videos to it. 6. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Order records are stored securely in our internal management system.
7. Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or unsubscribe from SMS notifications (reply STOP). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
