A shelf by the road in New Windsor with our sourdough on it. Nobody is working it: you take what you want and pay from your phone. Wednesday and Thursday it is bread baked that morning; the rest of the week it is whatever we have.
Those are the two mornings the oven runs. Everything on the stand those days was baked a few hours earlier, in the kitchen next door.
Bake days. The whole lineup, baked that morning and on the stand by ten.
Every other day. We put out whatever we have. Still ours, still sourdough — just not that morning’s, and we do not promise a particular loaf.
The stand runs on trust. There is no cash box — everything goes through the phone, which is also how we know what to bake more of.
01
Everything is bagged and priced. The tag in front of each one is what it costs.
02
Your phone camera is enough. No app, no account, nothing to install.
03
One button per item. Tap once for each loaf or bag and the total adds itself up.
04
Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. That is the whole thing.
Four things, every Wednesday and Thursday. Sweets and cookies turn up when there are extras — those we cannot promise. Tap a card to read about the loaf, or add it to a pre-order.

Soft, everyday flagship. Crackly crust, airy crumb that catches butter just right.

Dark, deep, a little tangy. The loaf with character.

Warm spice, plump raisins, a ribbon of cinnamon in every slice.

A 24-hour cold proof, real butter, vanilla frosting. Soft the whole way through.
Pickup is free and it happens here. We leave your order on the stand on your pickup day, so you are not tied to a time and you are not waiting on us. Preorders wait on the stand in a bag with your name on it, so there is nothing to knock on and nobody to wait for. The house behind the stand is a private home. If anything is off, call or text 347-967-2444 and we will come right over.
Want a particular loaf on a particular day? That is what ordering ahead is for — we bake it for you, and nothing sits on a shelf.
