The farm stand.

A shelf by the road in New Windsor with our sourdough on it. Nobody is working it: you take what you want and pay from your phone. Wednesday and Thursday it is bread baked that morning; the rest of the week it is whatever we have.

Those are the two mornings the oven runs. Everything on the stand those days was baked a few hours earlier, in the kitchen next door.

Every other day. We put out whatever we have. Still ours, still sourdough — just not that morning’s, and we do not promise a particular loaf.

The stand runs on trust. There is no cash box — everything goes through the phone, which is also how we know what to bake more of.

Pickup is free and it happens here. We leave your order on the stand on your pickup day, so you are not tied to a time and you are not waiting on us. Preorders wait on the stand in a bag with your name on it, so there is nothing to knock on and nobody to wait for. The house behind the stand is a private home. If anything is off, call or text 347-967-2444 and we will come right over.

Look for the Lagomberry sign by the road. The stand is outside and self-serve; the house behind it is a private home, so there is no need to knock.
